JUICER Referral Program
Terms & Conditions
- Compensation Structure
Commission Rate:
Referrers will earn a 10% commission on the total collected revenue from the referred account for one year. Commissions are paid quarterly.
- Process
Sign-Up:
Referrers must sign up for the referral program by providing basic contact information, accepting the terms and conditions, and submitting W9 (W8-BEN for international contractors), Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement and ACH forms.
Submission:
Once your JUICER Referral Partner registration is completed, you will receive a partner code and get access to the Restaurant Referral Form. All referrals must be submitted using that form.
Qualification & Program Activation:
Once a referral is determined to be a qualified lead by our sales team, the corresponding Account Executive will request a warm introduction. The referral program becomes active only after a warm email introduction is made by the referrer.
- Eligibility for Compensation
Criteria for Compensation:
Referrers qualify for compensation when the referred account goes live and has been paying for at least 90 days. The account must remain in good standing for the program to remain active.
Payment:
Commissions are based on the total collected revenue from the referred account and are paid quarterly via direct deposit. Current customers may opt for account credits instead.
- Terms & Conditions
Definition of ‘Referral Qualified for Compensation’:
A “Referral Qualified for Compensation” is one that:
- Is referred in writing to sales@juicerpricing.com.
- Is not a brand that has engaged with JUICER or has previously expressed interest in our product within six months prior to referral.
- Has been set for success with a warm email introduction.
- Has entered into a merchant agreement with JUICER and the account has been paying and in good standing for at least 90 days.
Definition of ‘Qualified Lead’:
A Qualified Lead is a QSR or Fast Casual brand, restaurant group, franchisor, or franchisee with at least 20 restaurant locations.
Submission:
Referrals must be submitted in writing to sales@juicerpricing.com for pre-qualification. Once the lead is qualified, an Account Executive will request a warm introduction. The referral program becomes active only after this warm introduction is made by the referrer. Verbal referrals are not accepted.
Incentive Basis:
Incentives are based on revenue from paying locations for the first year of service.
Incentive Payment:
Incentives are paid once the account has been live and paying for at least 90 days, provided the account remains in good standing. Payouts are issued quarterly in the form of a direct deposit.
Documentation:
Referrers must submit W9 and ACH forms to receive compensation.
- Eligibility to Participate
The program is open to customers, consultants, investors, employees, friends, and family. It excludes individuals who are under 18 years old, as well as the following individuals, their friends, family, and household members:
- JUICER employees within the Sales organization, resellers, affiliates, or consultants under a different selling/reselling agreement.
- Restaurant owners, operators, franchisors, or decision-makers responsible for making the POS purchasing decision referring their own restaurants and/or franchisees.
- General Provisions
Modification of Terms:
JUICER reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Referrers will be notified of any changes.
Termination:
JUICER reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the participation of the Referrer in the Program at any time, with or without cause.
Governing Law:
Referral Program Agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
