How do I sign up for the program?
You can sign up by filling the sign up form, accepting our terms and conditions and submitting the required documentation. You will receive a confirmation email with your Referral Partner ID.
Who can participate?
The JUICER Pricing Referral Program is open to a wide range of participants, including:

- Consultants
- Investors
- Employees
- Friends and Family
The program excludes individuals under 18 years old and certain individuals associated with JUICER's sales organization, resellers, affiliates, and consultants under different agreements.
How do I submit a referral?
To submit a referral please use the Restaurant Referral Form . Once the lead is pre-qualified by our sales team, an Account Executive will request a warm email introduction to activate the referral.
Can I refer my own restaurant, franchise or franchisee?
No, restaurant owners, operators, franchisors, or decision-makers responsible for making the POS purchasing decision cannot refer their own establishments or franchisees.
How do I ensure my referral is eligible for compensation?
To qualify for compensation, the referral must be submitted through the Restaurant Referral Form, be qualified by our sales team, and be followed by a warm introduction. The referred account must be live and paying for at least 90 days while remaining in good standing.
As an existing JUICER customer, can I receive account credits instead of paid commissions?
Absolutely! Current JUICER customers may choose to receive account credits instead of paid commissions. Please note that upon sign up or let our sales team know by sending a message to sales@juicerpricing.com.
Will the referral count if I don't do a warm intro?
Unfortunately no, the referral becomes active only after a warm email introduction is made by the referrer. This step is crucial to ensure the referred lead is set for success
What if my referral has previously engaged with JUICER?
Referrals are not eligible for compensation if the referred brand has engaged with JUICER or expressed interest in our product within six months prior to the referral.
How are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid quarterly via direct deposit. Current customers may opt for account credits instead.
When will I receive my commission?
You will earn a 10% commission on the total collected revenue from the referred account for one full year. Commissions are paid quarterly once the referred account has been live and paying for at least 90 days and remains in good standing.
What types of introductions is JUICER looking for?
JUICER is interested in working with QSR and Fast Casual brands, restaurant groups, franchisors, and franchisees that are mid-size to enterprise-level operations.
